Easy walking distance to everything downtown Wilton Manors has to offer or a short distance to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale by Uber or Lyft.

While we want you to have a carefree vacation, we need to ask that you please abide by these basic house rules. Please let us know if you have any questions.

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- No smoking in the house

- No events or parties (no more than 9 people on the property at any given time)

- Only flush toilet paper

- Please do not put plastic glassware on lower rack of dishwasher (it will melt)

- Terrazzo floors are extremely slippery with the slight amount of moisture

Pool Restrictions:

Swim at your own risk and please NO diving!

No children in swimming pool under the age of 12 without an adult present.

Please, no glass in pool area.

Dogs are not permitted in the pool.

Please do not adjust pool equipment settings.

Patio and House Window Screens:

Any screens that are damaged and need to be replaced will be charged to the tenant at $100 per screen.

Air Conditioning:

System is not to be run below 73 degrees at all times. If leaving premises, it is asked that temperature be turned up to 80 degrees until your return.

BBQ Grill:

Please clean grill after use or there will be a $25 service charge.

Dogs (up to 30 lbs) are allowed:

There is a $250.00 pet deposit. Pets are not allowed up on furniture please. Please keep yards clean of pet waste.

City Rules (Wilton Manors is a great place to reside, but expects residents and guests to abide by a few ordinances):

Trash Collection: Garbage collection (blue bin) is on Tuesday and Friday, and your recycling (green bin) will be collected on Tuesday. This cannot be placed curbside sooner than 6pm on the day before collection and needs to be put away by midnight on the day of collection.

Parking: Guests must park in the driveway, maximum of 3 cars.

We must inform you that we are unable to rent to registered sex offenders.

Noise limits are set at 65 decibels, which is normal conversation, from 7am to 10pm. There is a noise ordinance from 10pm to 7am. The neighbours should not be able to hear you.
