Guest will have exclusive access to this private unit which has no shared walls with any other units at the property (triplex). Very private and unique backyard with sitting area, sunbathing (2 chaise lounges), and putting green. Interior of unit has been updated throughout.

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival).
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is NOT available due to cleaning schedule).
2. Eligibility
Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay.
Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County.
3. Noise & Parties
No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale).
4. Plumbing & Cleanliness
Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse.
No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke.
5. Liability Waiver
By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents on the property or from misuse of house amenities.
