Walk to all the trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, stores etc. The beach is the center of all the action which is located very close to the property.

Wifi included in every unit. The layout of this studio unit features a very modern European kitchen, bathroom and amenities for the comfort of the tenant. Fully furnished with washer and dryer. Unit #1 is a beautiful 500 square foot Studio. Available for nightly/weekly short term stays.

Our goal is to ensure that you have a 5 star experience and book with us again in the future. We plan on adding unique features to the property!

- Please be courteous of the property and the unit itself. If there is any damage done or questions about something you are unaware of, we are available at your convenience 24/7 respectively.

- Please refrain from having any parties in the unit.

- Parking is conveniently located in front of the property labeled UNIT 1 and GUEST. Two Parking spaces are included with your stay.

-Security cameras are located on the exterior of the dwelling for your safety and our safety 24 hours a day.

- Please refrain from having open lit flames in the unit or on the exterior of the property. (Candles, fires, etc)

-Garbage will be removed by our cleaning services. If you have excess amount of garbage there are bins in the front south end of the property where you can discard of any excess trash.

- PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF FLUSHING IMPROPER MATERIAL IN THE TOILET TO PREVENT BACK UP OR BLOCKAGES. DAMAGES WILL BE REFLECTED ON GUEST.

-Furnishings and anything in the unit shall remain in the unit and not be taken. Guest will be charged if anything is missing.

- Guest(s) shall herby indemnify and hold harmless the owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regarding of nature of the accident , injury or loss.

- Please respect the safety and well being of those staying at the property. Anyone found in violation will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

- No smoking in the unit. A fee of $300 will be charged to the guest for additional cleaning fee.

- The host and or homeowner is not responsible for any personal belongings left by the guest and or anyone else staying in the unit. We will be accommodating if something was left mistakenly and will arrange to return those items.

-If there is anything we can do to make your stay better please do not hesitate to reach out! We want to ensure all of our guests feel like all their needs are being met.

POOL **Pool Rules & Liability Notice

Welcome to Middle River Suites ! We are excited to have you stay with us. For your safety and enjoyment, please take a moment to review the following pool rules and liability notice. Your cooperation is appreciated in helping to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Pool Rules:

Pool Hours: The pool is open from [ 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM]. No swimming is allowed outside of these hours.

Supervision: Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in or near the pool area.

No Diving: The pool is not designed for diving. Please refrain from diving or jumping into the pool.

No Glass Containers: For safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic cups and containers only.

Swimwear: Proper swimwear is required at all times while in the pool.

Towels: Please use pool towels provided. Do not take them inside the house.

No Running: Running, rough play, or horseplay around the pool is strictly prohibited to prevent accidents.

Food and Drinks: Please enjoy food and beverages in designated areas only. Clean up after yourself to maintain the cleanliness of the pool area.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the pool area, unless otherwise specified.

Pool Safety Equipment: Please familiarize yourself with the pool safety equipment (life rings, floatation devices, etc.) and know where it is located in case of emergency.

Liability Waiver:

By using the pool, you acknowledge and accept the following:

Assumption of Risk: Swimming in the pool involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, and other accidents. Guests use the pool at their own risk.

Liability Release: The homeowner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to property that occur while using the pool or pool area. This includes injuries caused by improper use of the pool or failure to follow the posted rules.

Emergency Contact: In case of an emergency, please dial 911.

By entering the pool area, you agree to abide by these rules and waive any claims against the homeowner for injuries or damages incurred while using the pool.
