This single-family home offers a guests privacy and comfort. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs, high speed internet, and a washer and dryer. There are two separate living areas with comfortable furniture and tasteful design. The backyard is the star of the show with large heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower, and several seating options to relax. Several outdoor seating areas and a Weber gas grill.

Living areas - two separate seating areas, one up front by open to the kitchen and the other in the back overlooking the pool.

Parking - Single driveway. To accommodate two vehicles, the cars must be stacked.

Pool - Saltwater, heated to 86 degrees

The guest will have exclusive access to the entire property. There a no “shared” areas.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: After 4:00 PM (early check-in may be available; exact timing will be confirmed on the day of arrival).

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM (late check-out is not possible).

2. Guests and Parking

Maximum 7 guests per booking. No outside visitors without host consent. Maximum 2 vehicles per booking.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on the premises for the entire stay.

Location Restrictions: We do not accept bookings from residents of Broward County or Miami-Dade County.

4. Noise & Parties

No Parties or Loud Gatherings: This is a private residential neighborhood, and parties or loud gatherings of any kind are not permitted. Consideration of neighbors is essential.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (strictly enforced by the city of Fort Lauderdale).

5. Plumbing & Cleanliness

Toilets: Only toilet paper should be flushed. A $250 fee will apply if a plumber is needed due to misuse.

No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. A $250 fine will be charged if the house smells of smoke.

6. Pool Rules

Supervision Required: Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool.

No Diving or Running: Diving, jumping, or running around the pool area is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.

No Glass in Pool Area: Please do not bring glass containers near the pool to avoid injury from broken glass.

Pool Safety: By using the pool, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur while using the pool.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking this property, you agree to assume full responsibility and liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during your stay. This includes but is not limited to accidents in the pool, on the property, or from misuse of house amenities.
